Senior-level opening for a partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in our Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on providing high-end transactional and advisory services across real estate development, construction contracting, and related commercial matters.

The team advises institutional owners, developers, and sophisticated corporate clients. The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with business development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters (transactional and/or disputes)
• Proven business development capability and experience leading client engagements and teams
