Partner, Real Estate Finance & Construction — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its real estate finance and construction practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on originating and handling complex real estate financings, construction-related matters, and related transactional work for institutional and private clients.

The partner will collaborate with capital markets, banking, and real estate teams across the firm, manage a high-value client portfolio, and play a visible business-development role to grow the practice locally and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate finance and construction matters
• Proven track record of business development and client management
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; able to lead deal teams
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligible)
