Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a real estate finance practice in a well-established Canadian firm. The role focuses on financing and lending matters for institutional and commercial property transactions, working with a team of experienced real estate and finance lawyers.

The position offers leadership responsibilities, client relationship management, and the ability to shape strategic development of the practice in the Vancouver market. Candidates will collaborate across practice groups on structured finance and secured lending matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven senior-level experience in real estate finance and lending transactions
• Admission to the British Columbia bar (or eligibility) and strong local market contacts
• Track record of originating and managing high-value client relationships
