Partner, Finance & Banking — San Francisco

Senior lateral partner role for an established finance practice, focused on leveraged and structured finance. The position is based in San Francisco and will sit within a national US finance platform.

You'll lead complex financing transactions, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-office teams on larger corporate finance matters. The role offers responsibility for business development, team leadership and growing a bench of finance work in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience advising on leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex financings and managing client relationships
• Ability to lead teams and develop business in the San Francisco market; admission to practice in an appropriate US jurisdiction
