Partner — Restructuring & Corporate, Salt Lake City

Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Salt Lake City office to build and lead restructuring and corporate work. The role will focus on advising debtors, creditors and corporate clients on restructurings, insolvency-related transactions and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, contribute to business development, and take a visible role on complex, restructuring-driven corporate matters. This is an opportunity to grow a practice within an established platform while working closely with local and national colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and related corporate work
• Bar admission in Utah (or ability to become admitted) and strong courtroom and transaction experience
• Proven business development and client-management skills
