Partner, Restructuring — Dubai

Senior restructuring partner role to join the Dubai office of an established international law firm. The role will lead and grow a restructuring and insolvency practice, advising on complex cross-border restructurings and distressed financings across the Middle East region.

The partner will be expected to build and mentor a local team, originate new engagements, and work closely with finance, banking and corporate teams on integrated solutions for clients. This is a front‑running business-development and practice-building position with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on cross-border restructurings and insolvency matters
• Ability to originate and lead client relationships across the UAE and wider Middle East
• Admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction or equivalent credential preferred
