Partner — Restructuring & Insolvency, Frankfurt

Leading national practice seeks a partner to lead and expand its restructuring and insolvency offering from the Frankfurt office. The role will focus on advising financially distressed corporates, creditors and stakeholders across complex domestic and cross-border restructurings.

Candidate will join a full-service team handling contentious and non-contentious mandates, take responsibility for client development, and mentor junior lawyers. The appointment offers a hands-on role with autonomy to grow the practice and shape strategy in Frankfurt.

• Portable book of business of $500k (USD)
• Established track record in restructuring/insolvency matters and client management
• Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with significant partner-level experience
• Demonstrable business development and team leadership skills
