Senior securities partner opportunity with a nationally respected firm seeking to build a meaningful public/securities capability in Montreal. The firm currently has stronger coverage in investment management and private M&A and is looking for a team hire to establish critical mass in the public markets space.

Ideal for an established partner or group that can bring a portable practice and lead development of the local securities offering. The firm may consider selective private-company securities work on an opportunistic basis, but a single, one-off lateral is not the intended model.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in public/securities matters
• Proven ability to lead or integrate a team to build a practice group
• Track record advising on investment-management and private-company transactions helpful
