Seeking a partner to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in the Dallas office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on originating transactions, advising lenders and issuers, and managing high-value securitization and structured finance matters across sectors.

The successful candidate will work with cross‑discipline teams, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development to expand market presence. This is a client‑facing role requiring proven deal leadership and established market relationships.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization, including leveraged/structured transactions
Proven track record of originating and closing complex financings and managing deal teams
Strong relationships with lenders, investors, and borrowers in the U.S. market
Admission to practice in Texas or ability to obtain admission
