Partner — Structured Finance & Securitization, Dallas

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in the Dallas office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on originating transactions, advising lenders and issuers, and managing high-value securitization and structured finance matters across sectors.

The successful candidate will work with cross‑discipline teams, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development to expand market presence. This is a client‑facing role requiring proven deal leadership and established market relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in structured finance and securitization, including leveraged/structured transactions
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex financings and managing deal teams
• Strong relationships with lenders, investors, and borrowers in the U.S. market
• Admission to practice in Texas or ability to obtain admission
