Partner, Tax & Energy — Charlotte

Senior tax partner sought to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice in Charlotte. The role combines client advisory work on complex federal and state tax matters with responsibility for originating new business in the energy sector.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team advising energy companies, project sponsors and investors on tax structuring, incentives, and transactional tax planning. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience advising on tax matters for energy-sector clients
• Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships
• Bar admission and good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
• Ability to lead teams and mentor senior associates
