Partner — Tax & Litigation, Atlanta

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta practice focusing on tax-related litigation and dispute resolution. The role will combine courtroom and advisory work for corporate and high-net-worth clients across federal and state tax matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling contested tax audits, litigation strategies, and transactional tax issues that arise in dispute contexts. The position offers a platform to grow an existing practice and to lead client engagements locally and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in tax controversy and litigation
• Significant trial or appellate experience preferred
• Proven business development and client-management capabilities; admitted to practice in Georgia or able to obtain admission
