Partner, Tax & Litigation - Lincoln

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice in the Lincoln office of a leading national law firm. The role combines courtroom and appellate work with advisory and dispute-resolution matters across federal and state tax issues.

The partner will be client-facing, responsible for developing new business, managing case strategy, supervising associates, and collaborating with broader tax and litigation teams. Strong commercial judgment and a track record of winning and managing contested tax matters are essential.
