Partner, Tax & Litigation — Minneapolis

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a blended tax and litigation practice in a busy Minneapolis office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across federal and state tax controversies, tax planning, and related civil litigation.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling contested tax matters and transactional tax issues for corporate and individual clients. This is a client-facing leadership role with expectations for origination and practice development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in tax controversies and related civil litigation
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdictions
