Senior partner opportunity in a busy Sacramento office for an experienced tax litigator. The role will lead client matters across tax controversy and related litigation, develop business, and mentor more junior lawyers.

The team handles a broad mix of state and federal tax disputes and related litigation work. The successful candidate will have a strategic, client-facing practice and a track record of originating and managing matters.

• Licensed to practice in California with active bar membership
• Significant experience handling state and federal tax controversy and tax litigation matters
• Proven leadership and client-development skills, including managing teams and high-value matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
