Partner — Tax & Litigation, Salt Lake City

Well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Salt Lake City office to strengthen the combined tax and litigation offering. The role will focus on handling tax controversies and related litigation matters while supporting business development across the region.

The ideal candidate will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex client matters. This is an opportunity to join a broad platform with national resources while maintaining a market-facing presence locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation matters
• Strong client development and relationship-management track record
• Active bar admission in Utah (or ability to obtain) and demonstrable leadership/mentoring experience
