Partner, Tax & Litigation — Southern Illinois

Senior tax litigator sought to lead and grow a regional tax controversy and litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and trial work with strategic tax advice, handling state and federal tax disputes and contested matters on behalf of private- and public-sector clients.

The hire will join a multi-disciplinary team and be expected to supervise associates, develop case strategy, and coordinate with transactional tax lawyers when matters overlap. This is a client-facing role with significant business-development expectations.

• Proven track record in tax controversy and litigation matters
• Prior partner or senior counsel experience with people-management responsibilities
• Strong business development, client relationship and trial advocacy skills
