Partner — Tax, Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading national practice seeking a partner to join the Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto) tax team. The role focuses on advising corporate and technology-sector clients on federal, state and international tax matters, with emphasis on transactional work and tax structuring for M&A and investments.

The partner will manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and work closely with cross-practice groups to deliver integrated tax advice. Strong business-development skills and an established client base are required to grow the practice in the region.
