Partner, Tax & Litigation — Silicon Valley

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role combines courtroom and advisory work, representing corporations and high-net-worth clients in federal and state tax disputes and related litigation.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within a busy team, work closely with corporate and transactional colleagues on cross-practice matters, and drive origination and client relationship development in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience handling tax controversy and tax litigation matters at a senior level
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; courtroom experience preferred
• Track record of client development and team leadership
