Partner — Technology & Communications (Philadelphia)

Established law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its technology and communications practice in Philadelphia. The role focuses on regulatory work and government contracts across telecommunications, wireless and broadband sectors, and includes client-facing leadership on compliance and public-sector matters.

The successful candidate will join a team advising corporate and government clients on regulatory strategy, licensing, and transactional matters in the communications and media/entertainment spaces. This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for originating business and growing a regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in telecommunications, broadband or related technology sectors
• Experience advising on government contracts and regulatory matters
• Strong client development and practice management skills
