Highly regarded national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office in the Technology and Healthcare practices. The role focuses on counseling technology and life‑sciences companies on complex privacy, data protection and software-related matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the region, and work closely with cross-practice teams on transactional and regulatory issues affecting healthcare and technology clients.

• Established partner-level experience advising on privacy & data protection and technology transactions
• Proven client development and business-generation track record
• Ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
