Senior partner hire to lead and grow a technology and healthcare practice group from the firm's Tallahassee office. The role focuses on counseling clients on privacy, data protection and related regulatory matters across healthcare and technology sectors.

responsibilities include originating and executing business development initiatives, advising on complex privacy/compliance issues, and supervising associates on cross-disciplinary matters. This is a buy-side partner role with significant client-facing and practice-building expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on privacy & data protection in healthcare and technology contexts
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Ability to recruit, mentor and manage associates across related practice areas
