Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Technology, Media & Entertainment (TMT) practice in the Houston market. The role will focus on advising corporate and strategic clients across technology, media and telecommunications matters, including transactional and regulatory work with cross‑border dimensions.

The partner will join a multi‑disciplinary team and be expected to originate and develop client relationships, supervise deal execution, and collaborate with colleagues across offices. This is a front‑foot, market‑facing role suited to an established rainmaker with deep sector experience.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner or counsel with significant experience in technology, media or telecommunications transactions and regulatory matters
Proven client origination and relationship‑management record; comfort leading deals and supervising teams
Experience with cross‑border transactions and coordination with international offices
