Patent Attorney — Intellectual Property, Milan

Leading international law firm seeking a Patent Attorney to join its Milan patents team. The role focuses on patent drafting, filing and prosecution, management of design and model registrations, and providing patentability and freedom-to-operate advice.

Responsibilities include supporting patent litigation matters in the relevant technical field and collaborating with patent attorneys across other European and international offices. The team offers an international, collaborative environment with hybrid/agile working arrangements and a focus on professional development and wellbeing.

• Degree in electronic engineering or physics
• Registered Italian patent attorney (mandatario italiano)
• Currently preparing for the European patent representative exam
• Strong IT skills (MS Office) and good command of English
• Proactive, good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach
