Growing intellectual property litigation team seeking a junior- to mid‑level patent litigation associate to join its Austin office. The role involves working on complex patent disputes — both offensive and defensive — across technology sectors, with exposure to federal court litigation and proceedings before patent tribunals.

The team handles matters for technology, telecommunications, software/hardware and other commercial clients and combines technical understanding with courtroom-focused litigation skills. The position offers substantive responsibility on briefing, discovery, claim construction, expert work and client counseling within a nationally recognized IP practice.

Junior to mid‑level patent litigation associate with relevant case experience (federal court and/or patent office proceedings).
Strong written advocacy and oral communication skills; experience with claim construction, infringement/invalidity analysis, discovery and expert work.
Technical aptitude; advanced degree in engineering or the sciences is a plus but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively on client matters and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
