Patent Litigation Associate — Charlotte

Growing litigation team in Charlotte is seeking a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to handle a range of patent disputes. The role involves working on both offensive and defensive matters, including competitor v. competitor cases and defense against non-practicing entities, across technology-driven industries.

Team members collaborate on complex, high-stakes matters and are supported by a nationally recognized intellectual property practice with deep technical bench strength. The group represents clients across telecommunications, software and hardware, financial services and manufacturing sectors.

• Junior to mid-level associate with experience in patent litigation matters
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or pending admission) in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated briefing, discovery and motion practice; trial or oral advocacy experience a plus
• Comfort working with technical subject matter and coordinating with technical advisers/experts
