Candidates should be prepared to manage litigation from pre-suit through trial and to work closely with transactional and capital-markets colleagues when matters intersect.

Prior litigation experience handling commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial foreclosure matters, or other real estate litigation.
Excellent academic credentials.
Experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and comfort managing matters through discovery and motion practice.
