Junior to mid-level associate (candidate should be comfortable in a litigation-focused role)
Background in patent litigation; experience with claim construction, discovery and motion practice preferred
Technical degree or comfort working with complex technical subject matter is highly valued
Strong drafting, advocacy and team collaboration skills
