Pensions Lawyer — Employment & Labor

Join a national pensions team with multiple UK-office opportunities. The role focuses on advising on pension scheme governance, trustee and employer-side matters, retirement arrangements and broader employee benefits issues.

Work will involve drafting and negotiating scheme documentation, advising on regulatory compliance and scheme funding issues, and supporting commercial HR and corporate transactions where pension elements arise. The team serves a mix of corporate employers, trustees and advisers.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with relevant pensions/employee benefits experience in the UK.
• Experience advising on occupational pension schemes, trustee work and employer advisory matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; able to manage client relationships and deliver commercial legal advice.
• Knowledge of UK pensions regulation and good practice (e.g. trust-based schemes, governance requirements).
