Post-Judicial Clerkship — Litigation (Washington, D.C.)

Washington, D.C. office seeking applications from current judicial clerks for post-clerkship positions. Successful candidates will have exceptional academic and clerkship credentials and a strong commitment to litigation and appellate work.

Applications will be reviewed beginning in early Spring 2026. The office is not accepting introductions of current clerks from search firms.

Compensation is market-based and varies by location, experience, and other factors; the target salary range for Washington, D.C. is $225,000 - $445,000, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Currently serving as a judicial clerk (post-clerkship role)
• Outstanding academic record and strong writing and research skills
• Demonstrated interest in litigation and appellate practice
