Practice Innovation Attorney — Corporate

Join a national corporate practice in a role focused on improving how transactional work is delivered. You will work with deal teams and practice leaders to develop process improvements, standardize documentation, and apply technology and project-management techniques to routine corporate matters.

The role combines legal drafting and substantive corporate know-how with practice innovation activities: creating templates and playbooks, piloting legal-tech solutions, and training lawyers and staff across multiple offices. The position is collaborative and cross-office in scope, supporting consistent, efficient delivery of corporate and governance work.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission in a relevant US jurisdiction
• Experience in corporate/transactional work and corporate governance
• Demonstrated interest or experience in practice innovation, process improvement, or legal technology
• Strong drafting, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
