Apply in confidence →Join a national law firm innovation team in the Austin office focused on integrating artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies into legal practice. The role combines solution development, user enablement, and hands-on support to drive adoption and improve legal service delivery.
You will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to design and operationalize AI workflows, build training and playbooks, provide day-to-day "AI as a Service" support, and monitor emerging tools and trends to surface pilot opportunities.
This is a hybrid, U.S.-based role that will collaborate across offices and occasionally support work outside standard U.S. business hours.
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Approximately 2 years' post-qualification experience in a legal, research, or legal-technology role.
- Practical fluency with legal technologies, especially AI/GenAI, automation tools, and legal research resources.
- Experience designing or implementing technology solutions and delivering training to drive user adoption.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and user-support skills.
- Preferred: advanced degree in informatics/library science or undergraduate degree in computer science, data/information systems, engineering, or related field.
