Led by a national legal innovation team at a major international law firm, this hybrid role is based in Dallas and focuses on integrating AI and other emerging technologies into attorney workflows. You will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and operationalize AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and client service.

The role combines solution development, training and change management, and hands‑on user support for an internal “AI as a Service” program. You will curate best practices, analyze usage data to guide adoption, and support firmwide innovation initiatives, including occasional collaboration across time zones.

Approximately 2 years post‑qualification experience as an attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a law firm or similar legal environment.
Practical fluency with legal technology and AI (GenAI/LLMs, automation) and experience translating capabilities into usable workflows.
Experience developing or implementing technology solutions and delivering training to drive adoption; strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organized, service‑oriented, able to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
