Apply in confidence →Join a nationally recognized Capital Markets group as a Knowledge Management (KM) attorney supporting the practice’s training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation efforts. The role focuses on translating capital markets expertise into usable resources and next‑generation AI‑powered tools and workflows for practitioners.
The attorney will work closely with Capital Markets partners, other KM attorneys, the firmwide innovation team and a junior paralegal AI/innovation team to design, test and deploy AI-enabled systems, maintain practice resources, and lead training and substantive updates for the group.
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum 5 years' experience in securities law and capital markets transactions, including public company disclosure and corporate governance
- Strong working knowledge of the 33 Act, the 34 Act and Delaware corporate law
- Familiarity with equity (IPOs, follow-ons) and debt offerings and disclosure practices
- Excellent drafting and oral communication skills; experience producing updates, slide decks and form documents
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology with willingness to develop prompt design and AI workflow skills
- Strong project management, organization and collaborative skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Prior KM or implementation experience is a plus
