Experienced employment lawyer sought to lead innovation and legal‑tech initiatives embedded within a major global Employment practice. The role combines hands‑on legal expertise with design, process and technology skills to improve service delivery and client experience.

You will work with practice leadership and cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritise and deliver pilots, AI‑enabled workflows, and change programmes; act as the primary innovation contact for the Employment practice; and support client‑facing pitches and conversations. The role is London or Belfast based and reports into the firm’s global innovation leadership.

Qualified lawyer with substantial Employment experience in private practice or in‑house teams
Demonstrable interest or experience in legal innovation, legal technology, AI workflows, or process improvement
Practical familiarity with leading GenAI tools and experience designing or implementing AI/legal tech pilots
Proven project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams; strong stakeholder engagement and client‑facing capability
Comfortable with change management, training and driving adoption of new tools; strong communication and problem‑solving skills
