Join the notarial team of a leading international law firm in Amsterdam as a Practice Support Lawyer (4–5 days per week). You will support the firm’s corporate transaction practice by preparing notarial deeds and transaction documents and assisting on cross-border matters.

Working alongside candidate notaries and other support lawyers, you will handle files, liaise with clients as part of transaction teams, and help streamline processes using practical solutions and available technology, including opportunities to explore AI-assisted workflow improvements.

Affinity with notarial and corporate/transactional law
Motivated, flexible team player with a hands-on mindset
Working towards or holding a law degree (HBO or university)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; comfortable preparing transactional documents and deeds
