An established Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection practice group is seeking a talented associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role centers on advising clients at the intersection of regulation, technology and risk, helping them stay ahead of an evolving compliance landscape.

The team handles the full scope of cybersecurity, privacy and data protection matters, including regulatory compliance and due diligence, investigations and disputes, board and policy advisory work, and data breach preparedness and response. The incoming associate will work across these areas and gain broad, hands-on exposure to sophisticated client work.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-looking practice in a major regulatory hub, with substantive responsibility and direct client engagement.

1–3 years of relevant legal experience
Experience advising clients on privacy compliance, data protection and related regulatory matters
Familiarity with U.S. and international privacy laws preferred
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
Comparable law firm experience required
