A Chambers-ranked privacy litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate to handle cutting-edge matters for sophisticated companies and innovative start-ups across the technology, media, and retail sectors. The position is open to multiple offices.

You will work on all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions, while contributing to case strategy and interpreting complex laws and regulations.

The team is collaborative and collegial, with a strong commitment to mentorship, critical thinking, and client-centered service.

4–6 years of experience in privacy and data security litigation
Experience and enthusiasm for all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfort analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations and contributing to strategy
A passion for technology and working collaboratively with clients
Superior academic credentials and top AmLaw firm experience
