National private client team seeks a midlevel associate to support sophisticated estate, trust and tax planning and administration matters. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will work on planning for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, including trust drafting and modification, estate administration, transfer tax analysis, and related tax controversy work.

The team handles complex assets and family office matters and collaborates with tax and transactional specialists. Successful candidates will join a nationally recognized practice and contribute to client counseling, document drafting, and administration of estates and trusts.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility across several U.S. locations. Candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in trusts and estates are encouraged to apply.

  • 4–6 years of transactional trusts & estates experience (planning and administration)
  • J.D. and admission to a U.S. state bar (or eligibility to be admitted)
  • Strong drafting, analytical and written/oral communication skills
  • Experience with estate/trust administration, decanting/modification, and transfer tax issues; tax LL.M. preferred but not required
