Private Companies Associate — Corporate

Exciting opportunity to join a national private companies team advising early-stage and growth-stage technology and high-growth companies and their investors. The role focuses on venture-backed clients and covers general corporate work across growth cycles.

Successful candidates will work on venture financings, liquidity transactions and related corporate matters, with opportunities to develop a market-facing practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the firm s private companies platform. The team is collaborative and supports professional development and client-facing experience.

• 3 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate transactions
• Substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage, venture-backed companies
• Track record on venture capital financings and liquidity events (M&A, IPOs or similar)
• Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
