We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate (3rd–6th year) to join a growing national team advising disruptive, venture-backed companies and the investors that fund them. The role sits within an elite private companies practice and offers the chance to work with some of the most prominent high-growth businesses through their full growth cycle.

The position involves counseling early-stage and growth-stage companies on general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events. Candidates should have extensive experience in these areas and a strong interest in working closely with founders, management teams, and investors.

3–6 years of corporate experience at a national or international law firm
Extensive experience advising early-stage and growth-stage, venture-backed companies
Deep familiarity with venture capital financings and liquidity events
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Excellent drafting, communication, and client-management skills
