Growing national private companies team is looking for 3rd–6th year associates to counsel emerging and growth-stage companies and their investors. The role focuses on venture capital financings, general corporate work across the growth cycle, and liquidity events for venture-backed businesses.

Successful candidates will join a busy transactional platform, work on prominent high-growth company matters, and have opportunities to build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to a national private companies practice.

Competitive compensation is offered (expected annual range $260,000–$390,000, final offer dependent on location and experience) together with a full suite of elective and firm-paid benefits, parental leave and other employee supports.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in corporate transactions, preferably with early-stage and growth-stage companies
Substantial experience advising venture-backed companies on VC financings and liquidity events
Track record in a national or international law firm corporate department
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
