Private Equity Associate — Corporate, Chicago

Mid-level associate role on a large national private equity team in Chicago. The group handles complex private equity and M&A transactions across the investment lifecycle; the hire will work on transactions from inception through closing and support expansion of the practice platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and supporting buyouts, minority investments and related M&A work, managing deal execution, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
