Private Equity Associate — Corporate

Mid-level associate role to join a national private equity team supporting complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing. The team works across a broad U.S. platform and this opening is being recruited for placement in Chicago.

The role offers exposure to full-transaction lifecycle work and opportunities to lead aspects of deals, with access to firm-wide resources, a bonus program and standard employee benefits.

• 3–7 years of transactional private equity and complex M&A experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead transactions from inception to closing
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm transactional experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills
