Private Equity M&A Associate — Philadelphia

Mid-level to senior associate opportunity in a busy private equity transactional group in Philadelphia. The role focuses on complex corporate and M&A work for sponsor-backed deals, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture investments, exits, and equity compensation matters.

The team seeks a proactive, commercially minded lawyer who can both contribute on teams and manage portions of deals independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external counsel are essential. A deal sheet and relevant bar admission (or timely eligibility) are required.

• 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience, with private equity and M&A exposure
• Track record on sponsor-backed transactions, leveraged recaps, growth equity or VC deals
• Ability to manage deal components independently and work effectively on teams
• Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written/verbal communication
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
