Private Equity M&A – Junior Associate (Boston)

A leading firm is seeking a highly qualified junior associate to join its Private Equity group in Boston.

The successful candidate will work on private M&A and growth equity transactions, gaining exposure to the diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and the organization of signing and closing processes.

This position is within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where lawyers across practice areas and geographies work together to serve clients.

• Class of 2025 or comparable law firm experience
• Some experience or a demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions
• Basic understanding of diligence and signing/closing processes
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong judgment and ability to manage internal and external relationships proactively
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain it promptly
• Deal sheet required
