The role involves leading private equity transactions, including acquisitions, growth investments, and portfolio company matters, while playing a key part in expanding the practice on the West Coast.

This is an opportunity to bring a portable client following to a platform with a strong corporate presence and a collaborative, cross-office approach.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in private equity transactions and corporate matters
• Admission to practice law in California or eligibility to become admitted
• Strong academic credentials and a record of leadership in complex deals
