Leading national corporate team seeks a lateral partner to join its private equity practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading and originating PE-backed M&A and buyouts, managing complex transactional work, and developing client relationships across private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.

The partner will work with a multi-disciplinary deal team, mentor associates, and help grow the practice’s presence in the region. This is an opportunity to take a visible role in a well-resourced corporate group handling middle-market and larger transactions.
