Private Real Estate Lawyer — Newcastle

Join a well-established, full-service law firm’s Newcastle real estate team as a private real estate lawyer. The role focuses on residential and other private property matters, acting for buyers, sellers and property owners on transactional and advisory work.

The team handles a varied caseload covering conveyancing, leasehold/freehold issues, title matters and related client advice. You will work alongside experienced real estate lawyers and support a mixed client base, with opportunities for fee-earning development and increased responsibility.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with experience in private real estate transactions.
• Proven track record in residential conveyancing, leasehold/freehold matters and title work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills; able to manage files to completion.
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable working as part of a team in a busy practice.
