Growing commercial real estate team seeking a 2-5 PQE solicitor to join cross-office teams in the UK. The role will focus on development, corporate occupier work and public sector/non-health transactions and offers exposure to national strategic projects, investment sales, acquisitions and leasing for developers, corporates, funds and public bodies.

The post sits in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary department with regular interaction with planning, construction, procurement, finance and corporate teams. The firm offers structured supervision, high-quality work and opportunities to contribute to business development and client relationship management.

2-5 years' PQE in commercial real estate (solicitor-qualified)
Experience at a national or regional firm handling landlord & tenant, acquisitions, disposals and leasing
Proven technical drafting and due diligence skills; able to work through complex issues with appropriate supervision
Commercial mindset with strong client-care and business development experience
Ability to work independently while recognising scope of authority; experience supervising junior fee-earners
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with strong organisational ability and comfort working to tight deadlines
