Professional Liability Associate Attorney — Litigation — Costa Mesa

A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice in its Orange County, California office. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced trial team defending real estate and personal injury matters in addition to professional liability claims.

The firm's professional liability group spans offices nationwide and represents a wide range of professionals—both through direct engagement and through insurers—including accountants, architects and engineers, attorneys, bankers, financial services and real estate professionals, healthcare providers, insurance brokers, and public entities. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a genuine interest in professional liability are encouraged to apply, including talented attorneys looking to develop into this practice area.

• One (1) to seven (7) years of litigation experience
• Experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, legal malpractice, errors & omissions, and/or architects & engineers preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Substantive litigation background and demonstrated interest in professional liability law
