Projects & Infrastructure Associate — New York

Join a market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team as a mid-level to senior associate based in New York. The team handles sophisticated, high-value transactional work across tax equity and project finance, as well as project development matters including construction/EPC contracts and offtake arrangements.

Ideal candidates will work collaboratively across U.S. offices on cross-jurisdictional deals and support clients throughout project life cycles, from development and contracting to financing and commercial close.

• 3–6 years' transactional experience in projects, infrastructure, tax equity or project finance
• Demonstrated experience with project development matters (construction/EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
• Strong academic credentials and prior sophisticated law-firm transactional experience
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices on complex, cross-border matters
