Projects & Infrastructure Associate — Energy

Market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is hiring two mid‑level to senior associates. The role sits on energy project work with an emphasis on tax‑equity and project finance, and/or project development matters such as construction/EPC contracts and offtake arrangements.

The team is collaborative and works across multiple U.S. offices. Candidates may be based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California.

• 3–6 years' relevant law firm experience in project finance, tax equity or project development
• Experience with construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements preferred
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience
• Bar admission to practice in the U.S. (or ability to obtain) and authorization to work from a U.S. office
